Work Site of Job: Marinette County

Peshtigo Display Home Center is the location of employment but we do have a Crivitz Builders Office and a model home for our site built division.

Pay: Negotiable
Base Salary + Commission or Commission Based only. Depending on Experience.

Duration/Usual Hours Per Week:
Full-Time, 40 to 50 Hours Per Week
 
Additional hours are to prospect and build client base for more income potential. Also, to be involved in community activities representing AADH.

Shift/Work Days:
Mon - Fri 8:30 - 6 Saturday 8: 30 - 4 1 day off during the work week(Mon-Fri) 1 Saturday Off per Month IPO that current week day off

Minimum Requirements of Employer

Education:
Associate Degree Desired

Business or Construction.

Professional Licenses/Certifications:
Will be starting in 2008 a continuing education for all of our building sales consultants.

Vehicle: Required

Drivers License Type:
Class D - Regular (Auto, Light Truck, Moped) Required

Endorsements:
No Endorsement Requested

Experience/Qualifications:
Past sales experience. Must have proven track record in past successful selling and will need to take a test on selling skills.
 
Pre-employment drug screening required.
 
Background check required.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
Must have excellent communication and computer skills. Will have a client base given to him/her to start prospecting. Daily reports and follow up required on potential customers that will be monitored through a computer follow up contact management system. Must assist customer in the building needs and basic knowledge of the building and/or construction process is a plus or willing to learn. Past sales experience very important must also be willing to learn and grow with a company and be active in our community representing AADH.

Sales of Manufactured, Modular and Panelized Homes. We are a licensed builder in Wisconsin and Michigan and have a "FULL" General Contracting Department. We design and lease commercial offices and units. All American Dream Homes has their own concrete crew and does masonry work for their customers and the public. We Also have a Builder's Display Center on Highway 141 in Crivitz for our Site Built Division and Model Home on Duke Lane on the Peshtigo River in Crivitz. We also provide repairs and service to our homes, after the sale.
